Para Liberar el Moto E4 XT1764, Abrimos el Modulo de MTK 1.8.8.0 de NCK
* Vamos a Unloccking
* Seleccionamos 0-By CPU
* Seleccionamos MT6737M
* Seleccionamos FlashMode
* Le Damos Read INFO(Codes)
* Conectamos el Telefono Apagado
Nos Dara un Codigo de 16 Digitos. lo Cual Nos sirve para Liberar el Cel.

If driver not installed, install high speed port driver.
If not need high speed port, disable it.
After repeat opperation.
